What should I check if I need to change or cancel an order?

Ask how changing an option would affect the price if that information is not clear. Look for special conditions attached to a customized or already-progressing order when relevant.

What should I clarify before asking to separate parts of an order?

Check whether any bundle conditions would be affected. Do not assume promotions remain unchanged after dividing the purchase.

How should I interpret an average product rating?

Look at the number of ratings behind the average. Base your decision on confirmed suitability and the complete available information.
